Job Description:
HealthHelp, LLC seeks Telecom and Voice Engineer in Houston, TX
to Support HealthHelp LLC's corporate telecommunications operations;
design, develop, implement and support Interactive Intelligence technologies.
Req’s Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering or related
field plus two (2)years of experience as a systems or telecoms engineer or
in a related job title. Must have administering a
telecommunications infrastructure including call recording, IVR, and call routing
experience and Quality of Service (QoS)and Codecs for voice traffic and
operating large, high-availability, redundant telecom system experience.
Employer will also accept a Bachelor's degree and five years of
