WORKERS COMPENSATION
•Co-ordinate Filing, Processing, and Investigation of Workers Compensation Claims
•Work closely with Case Managers and Claims Adjusters
•Implement & Monitor Light Duty Program
•Track Claims till Full Release
•Personally interview Doctors and Staff at all new jobsite locations

•Negotiate settlements when necessary
OSHA & Safety
•Co-ordinate Weekly Tool Box Meetings
•Co-ordinate annual safety meetings
•Keep current update on OSHA regulations
•Proven ability to design, direct and implement effective safety programs -- designed on-site safety training program
