actively recruiting for right talent to lead its newly launched
Power & Utilities Vertical under the Projects & Automation
Solutions-- (PAS) business enterprise.Vertical Leader for Power &
Utilities vertical (covers Water, Nuclear & Air separation) will be
accountable for implementing and Operationalizing Strategies for
vertical Portfolio in accordance to AOP and STRAP.You will develop
the Global, Pole and Regional business to deliver Profitable Growth
across the vertical leveraging BTI and CGI's.You will partner
closely with Honeywell business leaders including Sales, Marketing,
P&E and LOB while managing a Team of Offering, Marketing,
Technical Solution Consultants and Solution Architects to deliver
the Growth OutcomeKey Responsibilities---Growth Strategy for STRAP
and AOP---Identifies target customers incl Segmentation and Plan
For Every Customer---Formulate growth plans for the
vertical---Build customer relationships incl HUG, User Input
Committee and also be part of the NPI Team---Develop business plans
on a quarterly basis to drive Vertical AOP---Manages Team
Comprising of Offering, Marketing, Technical Solution Consultants
and Solution Architects.---Ensure pipeline for growth at 3X for all
Regions---Design pricing strategies---Customer & vendor
negotiations---Go-To-Market strategies incl running Campaigns,
Growth Corners and other forums to drive awareness of portfolio and
Sales Enablement material---Collaborating with other Vertical /
Pole Vertical, BTI Leaders and Offering Management leaders to
implement best practices and strategies for a vertical/Pole.YOU
MUST HAVE---15+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Offering
Management, Commercial Excellence or Running a Business in the
range of $100 to $200M---Relevant experience in high-level sales
and engaging with executives in the C-suite---10+ years of
experience in the Power & Utilities industry & MarketWE
VALUE---Demonstrated analytical, planning and problem solving
skills---Proven effectiveness in a complex global
environment---Excellent knowledge of the Power & Utilities industry
& Market---Bachelor's Degree---MBA or Advanced Business Degree is
preferred---Prior leadership role, managing distributed
teams---Expertise in building business relationships---Experience
in developing and deploying STRAP and Growth Business
Strategies---Experience or familiarity with HPS Products and
