Understand the big-picture, think strategically and act tactically
in an ambiguous environment; develop and provide reporting and
analytics to help leadership make data-driven decisions. Self
starter who takes initiatives. Support the team in a high
transaction volume and rapid growth environment. Support the
management team in establishing and pushing through compliant
financial processes to empower deep dive analytics across the
organization. Assist in all aspects of the AR process, including
but not limited to invoicing, collection procedures, tracking,
reporting and compliance. Audit the internal CRM systems - ensure
correct information is input at all times. Assist with monthly
closing tasks and preparation of financial statements. Other duties
as assigned such as providing cross-team support. Duties Review and
enter invoices into the accounting system daily. Verify invoices
for the appropriate coding, approval, and documentation prior to
payment. Ensure consistency and completeness of day-to-day
procedures. Monitor the AP email inbox and respond to external and
internal inquiries. Obtain W-9s from vendors; assist with the
distribution of 1099s. Maintain accounts receivable records to
ensure aging is up to date. Monitor and collect accounts receivable
by contacting clients via telephone and/or email. Support and
manage all billing inquiries and changes. Support daily cash
management: record transfers, deposits, and payments. Prepare
analytical data related to sales and sales tax. Balance sheet
account reconciliations. Ad hoc reporting as assigned. What You'll
Bring Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required 2 years' experience
in accounting related role Solid knowledge and understanding of US
GAAP Proficient in MS Excel Experience with QuickBooks Online
preferred Strong organizational, analytical, and recording skills
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with
information Reliable, resourceful, and motivated to succeed Clear
and confident communicator, both written and verbally Who You Are
