our proprietary software platform, market trend analysis, and

Analyst; candidates will be detail-oriented and have excellent

further.What would you do? Assist in the management of bank
accounts and ledgers: Deposits, Transfers, Wires, Reconciliations
Review credit card expenses and cash disbursements for accuracy and
categorize accordingly Manage consignment-related inventory and
vendors, ensuring partners are paid accordingly and transactions
are recorded accurately Manage Accounts Receivable, by tracking
remittances and administering all customer credit and collections
Track employee spending and assist in the processing of employee
reimbursements Research and investigate industry-specific matters,
such as: sales tax filings, state business registration, and any
new legislation that impacts our finances Assist Operations
department in managing inventory, recording payables, and ensuring
accurate reporting Analyze financial information and assist in the
preparation of financial results (trends, performance metrics,
benchmarks) Assist in the management of Accounts Payable, by
organizing invoices, verifying accuracy, and ensuring timely pay
Ensure procedures and controls are being followed when working with
colleagues and business partners Participate in the monthly
accounting close cycle, including reconciliations of bank accounts
and credit cards Continuously analyze current automation of the
accounting and reporting process/workflow and present improvement
suggestions and control processes that remedy deficient areas What

urgency, flexible and able to deal with changing priorities Sharp,
analytical thinking abilities, always seeking to draw connections
and identify the "why" Interest in developing internal tools to
help us automate and scale What is required to succeed? Bachelor's
degree (B.A., B.S.) in Accounting or Finance 0 to 2 years of
related experience Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPS,
SUMIFS, etc.) with large data sets Public accounting experience, a
plus Quickbooks experience, a plus Solid understanding and interest
in ticketing and professional sports What are the perks of working
