across departments/functions to drive simple, accessible data
strategy and solutions will be instrumental in delivering on key
enterprise data and analytics enhancement initiatives. - Your focus
on Health Equity and its related initiatives around Social
Determinants of Health (SDoH) will make a positive impact on our
members' health and wellbeing at both the local market and national
levels. The candidate will be accountable for understanding the
current state of the end-to-end data environment while identifying
data capture, integration, governance, and consumption gaps, then
creating transitional and steady-state solutions to address these
gaps. - The Data Infrastructure Lead will also be responsible for
aligning and articulating data strategy across departments as well
as segment and enterprise level where appropriate. You'll enjoy the
flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you
take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversight and ownership of the design, build-out and
maintenance of the data architecture which will be the foundation
to support accurate and complete reporting of metrics and analytics
for health equity accreditation activities - -
- This includes data used for solutions such as driving member
interventions to reduce inequities, and for integrating it into
numerous existing quality and analytic team deliverables
- Partner closely with cross-functional accountable owners
including actuarial, clinical, and Stars/HEDIS quality leads, as
well as national/market-specific SMEs, in order to:
- Develop and articulate a thorough understanding of industry and
enterprise data availability, data standards, data challenges, and
business-driven data needs
- -Inventory existing data sources to identify data redundancy,
sources of truth and sources of reference to identify the most
suitable solution is leveraged
- Develop and maintain the overall health equity data enrichment
strategy in alignment with the business segment and enterprise
direction
- Facilitate sessions with business stakeholders, data experts,
and data engineers to scope solutions and perform high-level data
architecture, design, and to drive practical deliveries
- Establish consistent and traceable standards for the governance
of processes and policies that ensure accurate and quality
deliveries, which are in alignment with business needs and that
conform with all relevant regulations as well as current data
engineering and data sourcing best practices and procedures
- Ensure cross-department/enterprise socialization of data
solutions; - ensure standardization & integration with new and
existing relevant/related data repositories (e.g. data warehouse,
SDOH data repository, etc.)
- Represent the cross-department/business segment position on key
data decision-making forums You'll be rewarded and recognized for

in. Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent
experience
- 10+ years of technology experience
- 5+ years of hands-on data integration, engineering, and
architecture experience
- 5+ years of progressive management experience
- 5+ years of - experience developing enterprise data strategies
and roadmaps
- 5+ years of data warehouse and/or data analytics
experience
- Experience with Agile/scrum methodology/best practices
- Stakeholder management skills and the ability to define and
communicate product strategy Preferred Qualifications:
- Healthcare data experience (experience with claims, member,
clinical or call systems)
- Experience with Oracle databases
- Familiarity with acquiring, storing and securing PHI / PII and
other restricted information
- Data modeling skills and technology background

or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for
Colorado/Connecticut/Nevada residents is $113,500 to $218,100. Pay
is based on several factors including but not limited to education,
work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary,
