• At least 1 year experience utilizing Yardi Commercial- Payscan Module
• Scanning and importing invoice batches into Yardi/Payscan
• Moderate data entry skills (keying payables)
• Processing approved payables in Yardi (checks)- must know how to select and commit approved payables.
• Must be able to multitask check processing method in Yardi between various entities.
• Be able to run check register in Yard and balance to committed and processed invoices.
• Detail-oriented
• Check distribution process- mail and record check payment to cash/mail log/
• File payables and other requested documents.
• Must be able to complete back reconciliation in Yardi
