Prepares new hire and refresher stock option grants and processes employee transactions. Maintains and updates stock databases, conducts analyses and prepares reports. Answers employee questions related to stock transactions including vesting schedules, eligibility, equity, etc. Work is independent and collaborative in nature. Provides regular updates to manager on project/account status.Your Impact

  • Utilize expanding knowledge base to support the administration of the company's equity programs for all employees in the U.S. and globally in accordance with plan requirements.
  • Work closely with the company's transfer agent, outside broker service provider, and internal Legal, Payroll, HR, Financial Reporting, Tax, and other teams, as necessary.
  • Provide a superior level of customer service to employees, management, and others.
  • Support employee understanding of equity awards and company programs and policies.
  • Supports Sr Stock Plan Administrator and Director with maintenance of company's equity data using Fidelity Stock Plan.
  • Works with all reports within equity tools and Excel and performs reconciliations to review accuracy of equity and transaction data. May contribute to the creation of custom reports as needed.
  • Contributes to US and foreign tax issues relating to equity compensation.
  • Adherence to all organizational policies and procedures, and responds accurately, thoroughly, and timely to auditor requests for data. [SOX]
  • Performs other duties and ad hoc projects and reporting as requested.What You'll Need
    • 2-5 years of experience in administration of global equity programs.
    • Exposure to/experience with global equity programs, multiple equity award types, and high transaction volume.
    • Experience working directly with major third-party equity software systems and brokerage firms.
    • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and internal/external partners.
    • Strong analytical abilities and advanced Excel skills.
    • Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize work.
    • Energy, enthusiasm, and follow-up skills necessary to drive results.
