Onit focuses on enterprise legal management, matter management, spend management, contract lifecycle management and legal holds, transforming the way global Fortune 500 companies and corporate legal departments bridge the gap between systems of record and systems of engagement.We are seeking an experienced sales professional with a proven record as an individual contributor selling enterprise-class solutions for contract lifecycle management (CLM). - This Senior Account Executive, East Region (New Logo team) is a highly engaged individual who not only understands the responsibility and accountability that comes with developing a territory but also delivers results from the same. Reporting to the Global Enterprise Sales Leader, this individual will help grow our business in the assigned territory by winning new logos in this area. This role includes the opportunity to sell Onit's CLM and AI solutions as well as additional parts of our Apptitude workflow platform. Your primary audience will be legal and legal operations teams in the largest corporations in the United States and Canada with a focus on Fortune 1000 companies.What You Will Do:

• Own and develop an assigned territory
• Identify, develop, and strategically manage your opportunities with great execution on a daily basis
• Be a workflow consultant to your prospects and demonstrate the value of our CLM and AI solutions as well as a partnership with Onit
• Overachieve sales quota through effective execution and collaborative team selling
• Maintain regularly with great detail and precision your sales pipeline information in sf.com, including sales opportunity detail, forecasts elements, contact data and call/meeting history
• Deliver to management on a timely basis the reporting associated with the role
• Liaise internally with cross-functional teams including Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Product Management to provide frontline feedback and assist with go-to-market strategies
• Work closely with Strategic Alliances Team to leverage our partner relationships to expand the CLM pipeline
• Demonstrate thought leadership in the field of CLM through participation in trade shows, customer events and other venues
• Periodically work from the Houston headquarters office if working remotely on a regular basisWhat You Will Bring:
  • 10+ years selling enterprise software predominantly in a software-as-a-service (SaaS) model
  • Deep experience (3-5+ years) in the CLM market space
  • Previous experience working with corporate legal and procurement teams is highly preferred
  • Highly motivated and disciplined self-starter with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Detail and results oriented; skilled at both planning and hands-on execution
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels within an organization including executive and C-level
  • Able to thrive in a fast paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment working in a cross-functional capacity
  • Experience using Salesforce.com (or other CRM)
  • Previous sales training on a selling methodology such as Challenger, MEDDIC, or Value Selling preferred
  • 4-year degree strongly preferred
