ProcurementProcesses all Purchase OrdersChecks purchase order status daily; updates ETA; notifies customersProcesses Sales OrdersCloses SO's when items shipped, updates orders with tax and freightContacts vendors to resolve order issuesCreates RMA's and monitors progress until RMA's are close.Processes and distributes emails from procurement inbox.Follows up with AE's on lead times and delivery.Prepares all necessary invoices for Sales Orders and/or ProjectsEngages customers for payment collection purposes to ensure using the approved collection process.Stays up to date on all training and certifications for software and business partners.Other duties as assigned by management.Education/Experience/Certifications

6+ months of OTC experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. -Powered by JazzHR
