Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION Summary/Objective SUMMARY The
invoice clerk gathers data to prepare customer invoices ensuring
that billing information is accurate and processed. ESSENTIAL
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Review customer documents and
understand scope of work to invoice. * Execute and analyze
invoicing processes. * Obtain pricing for materials. * Prepare cost
analysis recapitulating material, labor, equipment, subcontractor
and overhead costs incurred in the installation of items. * Informs
immediate supervisor of any observed inaccuracies or omissions in
invoice items or computer database. * Separate documents and file
in order as directed. * Make phone calls, emails, and have

availability for work NONESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES *
Develops and maintains resource information on products, vendors,
subcontractors, government requirements, etc. * Attends
departmental meetings as required. * Save and archive documents and
plans. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position has no
supervisory responsibilities. COMPETENCIES To perform the job

Experience Associates Degree a minimum Additional Eligibility
Qualifications Must be able to type 50 words per minute. Language
Skills Read and comprehend simple instructions, short
correspondence and memos. Write simple correspondence. Effectively
present information in one-on-one and small group situations to
customers, clients and other employees. Mathematical Skills Ability
to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure,
using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to
compute rate, ratio and percentage and to draw and interpret
graphs. Reasoning Ability Ability to apply common sense
understanding to carry out detailed written or verbal instructions.
Deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in
standardized situations. Computer Skills To perform the job
successfully, an individual should have knowledge of word
processing software, spreadsheet software, e-mail software and the
