Join our world class team and culture and contribute to our core mission which is enhancing our customer's experience.SummaryStellantis Financial Services is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst who is responsible for maintaining the integrity of our SalesForce systems to include our customer portals, dealer portals, agent portals and marketing cloud implementations. The individual will ensure that all data is accurate and up to date, monitor performance metrics, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise with the software or hardware used by their company.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Your deliverables as a Senior SalesForce Business Analyst may include, but are not limited to, the following: Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives for complex business processes, based on industry best practices and Stellantis Financial Services business objectives. Acts as the liaison amongst stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, communicate and validate business and system requirements using industry leading practices within the business analyst profession. Participates and provides input to solution design sessions and drives out functional requirements and design. Possesses knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including the foundational concepts of the application and the functions contained within. Has a deep understanding of the Agile methodology and collaborates with team members to incorporate rigor and accountability across all phases of the process. Ensures all requirements are fulfilled by the technical design. Collaborates with the test team to generate scenarios/test cases and test scripts, ensuring traceability to all requirements. Applies industry best practices to improve Stellantis Financial Services current processes. Develops recommendations to improve processes or techniques. Determines the overall requirements gathering strategy and plans the requirements phase of the project including the work division strategy among the project BAs. Manages the progress and quality of the requirements gathering activities and adjusts the plan as necessary. Plans the risk response strategy to be used in monitoring and controlling all identified risks throughout the requirements process. Leads moderately complex projects and participates in larger, more complex initiatives. Solves complex technical and operational problems. Acts as a coach and mentor for teammates with less experience.Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Communications, or a related field. 8+ years experience in enabling digital processes, executing strategic roadmaps and operating within a project environment.; or equivalent combination of education and work-related experience. Understanding and have worked in an Agile environment, changing an organization to Agile is a plus.Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures. Demonstrated ability to write reports, correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Mathematical Skills: Demonstrated ability to translate data into quantifiable actions/deliverables. Working experience identifying KPI s and other analytics to measure product value. Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have advanced skills in MS Office, familiarity with digital help tools, experience with project management software a plus.Product Design: Working experience in design, development, and implementation of product plans. Working experience in full product lifecycle methodologies. Working knowledge of Product specialty/job area, principles, concepts, and practices.Other Skills: Working experience in creating, prioritizing, and recommending epics and features. Experience conducting competitive research and analysis.
