and beyond. POSITION OVERVIEW The Manager, Enterprise Training
reports directly to the Director, Compliance and Ethics. The
Manager, Enterprise Training is responsible for the enterprise-wide
training program comprising of training development and delivery,
competency management, learning system and reporting, and training
governance. This would include, but is not limited to: Governance
of the enterprise learning management system Governance and
management of the enterprise training catalog Governance of
enterprise learning management system (LMS) access and activities
Development and implementation of system standard operating
procedures Alignment of training system processes, standards, and
procedures across the enterprise Development and governance of
training KPIs, system reporting and dashboards for Operations
Development of strategic and tactical direction for optimization of
the training system and training process The Manager, Enterprise
Training will also provide mentoring and direction to other staff
as needed. This role is the System Administrator of the training
system although administrator responsibilities may be delegated to
others as needed. This is a non-DOT position. RESPONSIBILITIES AND
ESSENTIAL DUTIES Enterprise Training Management Develop, implement,
and maintain procedures, tools and systems needed to support the
Learning and Development Process Manage the training process and
provide guidance and training to the Corporate Training team,
Operations Training teams, training requestors and program owners
on the training process Provide support to Corporate Training and
Site Training teams in troubleshooting training process issues and
concerns Manage the service ticket process Training Development &
Delivery Process Oversee the development of the Annual Corporate
Training Plan Support training needs analysis process and reports
Drive alignment of training programs and materials through
maintaining a centralized catalog Develop and implement a training
evaluation process Learning Management System Responsible for the
enterprise-wide governance and assurance of the learning management
system Responsible for the enterprise training catalog and
responsible for catalog management. Develop and monitor metrics and
analytics related to the training, qualification, and training
programs for the enterprise Development and governance of training
KPIs, system reporting and dashboards Governance Develop and
implement yearly governance activities of the training system and
training process, including catalog management Develop, implement,
and maintain all training system and training process related
standard operating procedures. Provide training on these as needed.
Develop and execute the yearly training functional verification
plan Conduct assurance activities of the training system and assure
integrity of the training system Alignment of training system
processes, standards, and procedures across the enterprise General
Development of strategic and tactical direction for optimization of
the training system and training process Manage, lead, and support
Training Specialists and Analysts Manages contracts and contractor
resource levels to support training development Support the
enterprise as the expert of their field for audits, investigations
and CIMS reviews The duties and responsibilities described are not

SKILLS: Knowledge: Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills;
specifically, self-confidence and collaboration skills. A role

In-depth knowledge that is continually maintained with the changing
environment of Internal Compliance and External Regulatory training
requirements as they apply to roles within the enterprise. And
in-depth working knowledge of federal and state legislation
surrounding workforce development. In-depth knowledge of training
systems, adult learning principles, competency programs,
qualification programs and industry best practices. In-depth
knowledge of training systems to manage qualification and
competency regulatory requirements within an LNG company. Strong
knowledge of performance, risk and budgeting development and
management programs. Proficient knowledge in Cornerstone LMS
required. Working knowledge of Articulate 360, Camtasia 2021 (or
latest), and Vyond preferred. Skills: Professional Skills:
Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
skills. Effective communicator at all levels of an organization and
with individuals and groups from different disciplines, industries,
and governmental agencies. Strong problem solving and analytical
skills; resourceful and innovative. Organized and holds exceptional
project management and execution skills, meeting critical time
constraints. Ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely
basis with a high degree of accuracy. Demonstrates a sense of
urgency to meet compliance and operational needs and is nimble when
required. Self-directed, able to excel with limited direction or
supervision. Strong leadership and management skills are required.
An acute sensitivity to health and safety issues in a hazardous
environment. Technical Skills Advanced user in learning management
systems, with preference to administrator or super user access in a
training system in an LNG or similar industry is essential.;
Cornerstone knowledge is a plus. Advanced user of Microsoft Office
Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
Accomplished facilitator and public speaker, able to create and
deliver industry-specific presentations. Ability to present complex
information and meet the needs of diverse learners Approachable;
able to form good relationships and work collaboratively as a
member of a team EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Education, Training and
Certifications: Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering,
Education, Training or relevant technical discipline or equivalent
work experience. Project management, change management, and lead
auditor certification preferred. Experience: 10+ years' experience
in oil and gas industry with at least 7+ years' relatable training
management experience. DIRECT REPORTS 2-3 Senior Training
Specialists, 1-2 System Analysts, and training contractors FREEDOM
TO ACT The Manager, Enterprise Training is an expert in their field
and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the
employees within the department and engagement and management of
contractors; must exercise discretion independently. WORK
CONDITIONS Job is performed in a typical office environment, but is
subject to time pressures and constraints, and is often dependent
on input from others. Regular travel as business requires Subject
to drug and alcohol testing, per applicable federal regulations or
as required by Cheniere. While performing the duties of this job,
the employee will work primarily indoors and minimally outdoors,
and exposed to year around weather conditions. Must maintain a
Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card in good
