PacketFabricVP, Financial Planning and AnalysisTHE ROLE:Are you

you. The Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
reports to the CFO and is responsible for developing and monitoring
financial plans, forecasts, and business analytics. This role works
with leadership to meet financial and strategic goals.WHAT YOU'LL
BE DOING:
- Build strong relationships throughout the organization to
develop a clear understanding of business issues and guide
financial decision making
- Challenge and drive operating teams to achieve annual operating
targets; proactively identify opportunities to improve operating
performance across all areas of the company
- Collaborate with leadership team to assess investment
decisions, including the development of business and financial
cases to support new initiatives and drive towards the success of
initiatives
- Design financial models and structure data to facilitate easy
analysis and scenario planning using historical data and industry
metrics to create insightful forecasts
- Apply best practices to ensure accurate and robust financial
forecasts
- Support capital raise efforts for both equity and debt
investors
- Perform due diligence on potential acquisition targets
- Responsible for monthly lender compliance reporting
- Prepare ad hoc financial and operational analysis
- Collaborate with the Accounting Team in the monthly review of
financial statements as part of the close process and understand
significant variances to forecast
- Lead, motivate, develop, and manage direct reports
- Comfortable with creating and explaining analysis for
Leadership Team, the Board, Investors, and other stakeholders
- Automate and streamline existing processes WHAT YOU BRING:
- Ability to synthesize large volumes of data into concise and
insightful information to drive decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire and motivate teams.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with the ability to
prioritize and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish strong
partnerships across the business
- Four-year degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA and/or CPA
preferred
- At least ten years of progressive finance experience in
technology or telecom company is preferred but not required
- Ambitious, entrepreneurial, highly analytical, clear
communicator, comfortable with ambiguity
- Experience designing and building multiple large financial
models
- Track record of working with cross-functional teams and budget
owners to compile and iterate effectively on financial planning
processes
- Exceptional attention to detail
