JOB TITLE: Financial and Budget Planning JOB LOCATION: Spring TX WAGE RANGE*: $30-35 hr JOB NUMBER: 23-01247JOB DESCRIPTIONExpert in financial and budget planning and management.Manage Multi Million dollars capex and Opex budget in Global telecomDevelops budget tracking and forecasting charts, including creation of status reports and summaries, tracking escalations and headwinds.Develops and tracks assigned budget, prepare and report accruals on monthly basis. Coordinates the activities of associated telecom spend.Manage 30+ service partners globally.Microsoft Office competency and fluency in Excel and powerpointAbility to communicate effectively and deliver in-person and web-meetings to all levels of management and executive staffDeep knowledge and understanding of market pricing and benchmarking of global telecom servicesAbility to escalate service issues effectively and manage vendors to drive excellencyBachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.Typically 2-4 years experienceEqual Opportunity Employer Veterans/Disabled* While an hourly range is posted for this position, an eventual hourly rate is determined by a comprehensive salary analysis which considers multiple factors including but not limited to: job-related knowledge, skills and qualifications, education and experience as compared to others in the organization doing substantially similar work, if applicable, and market and business considerations.
