We trust you will find our company and this opportunity equally compelling.Job Description - Strategic Finance AnalystWe are looking for a Strategic Finance Analyst to join our team and help us drive the financial planning and analysis of our fast-growing company. You will be responsible for preparing and presenting financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and insights to senior management and stakeholders. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and optimize business performance.To be successful in this role, you should have strong FP&A skills and experience, as well as proficiency in using NetSuite. You should also have an entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Also, you should have a strong ability to work independently and be a proactive problem solver, while effectively collaborating with team members.Responsibilities - Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and insights to senior management and stakeholders - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and optimize business performance - Analyze financial data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities and provide recommendations for improvement - Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards - Provide recommendations and guidance on financial decisions and scenarios - Identify and implement automation opportunities for reporting and modeling utilizing NetSuite and other software tools.RequirementsPreferred skills and qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field - 2+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, consulting, or investment banking - Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling and analysis tools - Experience with Netsuite - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams - Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively - Experience with Power BI is a plus - Experience in SaaS, tech, or startup industries is a plusThis job description provides many examples of the types of responsibilities required but is not intended to be a comprehensive list.
