Job Title: Mid-Level Associate in Debt Finance Practice

Description:
Our Houston client, a Top AmLaw international firm, seeks a mid-level associate to work in their Debt Finance practice. 3-5 years of experience in the structuring, documentation and negotiation of secured and unsecured financing transactions for both borrowers and lenders, including senior secured, mezzanine and subordinated debt transactions; acquisition financings; loan workouts and restructurings is needed. The debt finance practice focuses primarily on representing private equity funds and is a great opportunity to work with top attorneys.
Requirements:

3-5 years of debt finance experience
Experience in structuring, documentation, and negotiation of secured and unsecured financing transactions
Experience in senior secured, mezzanine, and subordinated debt transactions
Experience in acquisition financings
Experience in loan workouts and restructurings
Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
