We are seeking a diligent and experienced Financial Examiner to join our regulatory compliance team. As a Financial Examiner, you will play a vital role in conducting thorough examinations of financial institutions to ensure their compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive examinations of financial institutions, including banks, credit unions, and other financial service providers.
• Review financial records, documents, and reports to assess compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Analyze the institution's financial condition, risk management practices, and internal controls.
• Evaluate lending and investment activities to ensure they comply with regulatory guidelines.
• Prepare detailed examination reports and communicate findings to the appropriate regulatory authorities.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Stay current with changes in financial regulations and industry trends.
• Provide guidance and support to financial institutions to help them achieve compliance. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience as a Financial Examiner or in a similar regulatory compliance role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in examination and reporting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
