Summary The Business Analyst will be chiefly responsible for the day-to-day support of J.D. Edwards 9.2 and third-party systems. This position requires experience in the set-up, testing and support of J.D. Edwards. The Business Analyst provides process, design, and analysis support for developing solutions for interfacing business applications. Drives requirements elicitation process for work efforts of all sizes and complexity. Works in an indirect leadership capacity to influence collaboration, communication, and outcomes of various initiatives. Leads work on all phases of systems analysis up to the enterprise level of the organization's business processes and systems. Provide project and portfolio management for smaller projects and business enhancements. Serves as a key liaison between the line of business (LOB) and the Technology Delivery team.Essential Functions And Responsibilities

• Support the following JDE EnterpriseOne 9.2 modules:
• Financials: General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable
• Sales Order Processing (Order to Cash)
• Purchasing (Procure to Pay)
• Inventory
• Manufacturing
• Warehouse Management
• Transportation Management
• Third Party Solutions for JDE EnterpriseOne 9.2 modules:
• DSi - Mobile Enterprise Platform data collection (MEP)
• Define and document business process change.
• Assist in the design, documentation, setup testing and maintenance of system processes.
• Define testing and training requirements.
• Technical Support - Troubleshooting issues or bugs, assisting in resolving issues raised by the business/users, coordinating system testing to meet business requirements and ensuring that new designs and changes to application systems fit best practices and procedures.
• Serve as a key liaison between the Technology Delivery team and LOBs. Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting, operations, or equivalent experience to include six years of information technology experience with significant experience in software development.
