About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Client Development
Specialist plays a critical role in driving new client acquisition
for the firm. You'll be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and
converting qualified prospects into meetings with our Wealth
Management team-managing the relationship through to
conversion.
This position is ideal for a polished communicator who enjoys
prospecting, relationship-building, and contributing to firm
growth. Over 50% of your day will be focused on outbound
activity-calls, emails, and follow-ups-designed to engage
prospective clients with professionalism, empathy, and insight.
What You'll Do
Make 250+ outbound calls and 50+ customized emails per week
Schedule and confirm meetings between qualified prospects and
advisors
Warmly handle objections and communicate the firm's unique value
proposition
Research leads and tailor messaging via platforms like LinkedIn
Prequalify leads and ensure data accuracy for advisors prior to
meetings
Follow up post-meeting and help move prospects through a long-term
sales cycle
Track activities and results in CRM, producing weekly and monthly
reports
Collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing to support
campaigns and event promotion
Stay informed of compliance regulations and industry best
practices
What We're Looking For
Required:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
1-2 years of inside sales experience, preferably in financial
services
Proven ability to exceed sales targets
Confident phone presence and ability to conduct high call
volumes
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects
simultaneously
Preferred:
Experience in wealth management, investment, or financial advisory
firms
Familiarity with CRMs and marketing automation platforms
LinkedIn prospecting experience
Interest in pursuing Series 65, CFP -, CPA, or CFA -
credentials
(Sponsorship and incentives are available for continuing
education)

(Base Salary: $55,000-$75,000 + Performance Bonus)
