Job Description:

Business Analyst – Full-Time – Onsite (Houston, TX) A growing organization in the construction services industry is seeking a hands-on Business Analyst to support operational reporting, financial analysis, and ERP transformation efforts. This direct hire, onsite role involves collaboration across departments to standardize reporting and support leadership with data-driven insights. What You’ll Do: Analyze income statements and financial cycles (revenue, purchasing) Build and present performance dashboards in Power BI Maintain and improve internal Excel-based tools and estimators Collaborate cross-functionally to gather requirements and deliver insights Support rollout and optimization of a newly implemented ERP system Prepare board-ready reports including margin, capex, and income visuals What You Bring: 3–5 years in a business analyst or financial analyst role MBA or equivalent experience preferred Strong financial acumen (forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis) Advanced Excel and Power BI skills ERP experience (preferably Acumatica or similar tools like Infor, SAP, Oracle) Strong presentation and interpersonal skills Proactive attitude and willingness to work hands-on across teams
