Job Description:
Client of Express Employment Professionals is seeking a
meticulous and detail-oriented Vendor Billing Processor to join our
dynamic finance team. This individual will play a key role in
maintaining the integrity and efficiency of vendor invoicing and
payment operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized,
accurate, and customer-focused, capable of managing a high volume
of invoices while ensuring compliance and timely resolution of
issues. Responsibilities: Process vendor invoices efficiently by
matching them with purchase orders, receiving documentation, and
contracts Verify pricing, quantity, and payment terms to ensure
invoice accuracy Route invoices for timely departmental review and
approval Enter invoice data into the accounting system with
precision Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies in
collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders Communicate
professionally with vendors regarding invoice status, payments, and
issue resolution Prepare and process payments according to company
policies and schedules Support month-end close activities and
reporting tasks Ensure compliance with internal accounts payable
procedures Assist with audits by compiling necessary records and
documentation Take on special projects and other assigned duties as
needed Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior experience in accounts payable, vendor billing, or related
finance roles preferred Solid understanding of accounting
principles and billing processes Excellent data entry skills with a
high degree of accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially
Excel Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail Effective
communication and interpersonal abilities Strong organizational and
time-management skills Capable of working independently and
