Job Description:
Staffing Now, a division of SNI Companie s, is currently seeking
a qualified Bilingual Paralegal for an immediate opening with our
client in Houston, TX . This opportunity is with a well-established
legal services firm that operates multiple locations nationwide.
Responsibilities: Manage prosecution of ~1,000 tax cases in three
district courts, as assigned by the litigation attorney. Monitor
service status and ensure proper service to defendants for
enforceable judgments. Prepare necessary pleadings to obtain valid
and enforceable judgments in proceedings. Communicate with
taxpayers and defendants to prosecute cases and collect delinquent
taxes and fees. Coordinate trial settings, draft final judgments,
and maintain communication with court clerks. Qualifications: High
School Diploma, associate's degree preferred 2 years of
administration experience working in a professional office
environment. Bilingual English/Spanish required. Excellent
communication skills (written and verbal) Intermediate technical
skills using MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) Strong organization
and attention to detail. Real estate/property tax/foreclosure
experience a plus. Compensation and Benefits The compensation for
this position starts at $18.00 an hour. Insurance, and other

Location: Onsite (Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm) Position Terms:
