Stable company with well over 30 years behind us Starting salary bonuses Comprehensive benefits package including health/dental/wellness/and more 401K employee match Hybrid opportunity Job Details Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, and development of internal control policies and procedures. Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances. Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements. Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting. Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings. Coordinate the provision of information to external auditors for the annual audit. Monitor debt levels and compliance with debt covenants. Coordinate the ERP implementation process, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations. Oversee the year-end close process and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Manage the consolidations and fixed asset accounting processes. Develop and manage financial systems and policies. Engage with CFO to develop short term and long term financial planning and budgeting. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. An MBA or CPA is strongly preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial managerial position, preferably in the Tech Services industry. Proven experience in ERP implementation, GL, Annual Budget, Financial Statements, Year End Close, Reconcile, Consolidations, and Fixed Asset Accounting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Impeccable analytical and organizational skills. Self-motivated and self-directed. Ability to work closely with a senior management team. In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices. An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers.
