Job Description Job Description Tax Supervisor Tax Supervisor Requirement: Be willing to work in-office in West Houston Position Overview The Tax Supervisor will oversee the tax preparation process for both individual and business clients, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and delivering high-quality service. This role involves managing a team of tax professionals and collaborating with clients to provide tailored tax solutions. Key Responsibilities - Supervise and review individual and business tax returns prepared by team members. - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations. - Provide guidance and support to junior tax staff on tax preparation and review processes. - Collaborate with clients to gather necessary documentation and provide strategic tax planning advice. - Prepare complex tax returns and perform tax research as needed. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate reporting. Qualifications - CPA Eligible or CPA certification preferred. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in tax preparation and planning. - Proficiency in preparing individual and business tax returns. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience with tax review processes is a plus.
