lead the firm’s financial management, general ledger, and reporting
functions. This role requires strong knowledge of law firm
accounting practices, trust accounting compliance, and financial

Compensation: $50,000 Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day
accounting operations, including A/R, A/P, payroll, and
reconciliations Oversee IOLTA/trust accounting compliance and
ensure adherence to state bar regulations Prepare monthly,
quarterly, and annual financial statements Conduct three-way trust
reconciliations Monitor cash flow and provide forecasting Maintain
internal financial controls Assist leadership with budgeting and
financial strategy Analyze KPIs and provide reporting to improve
profitability and operational efficiency Qualifications: Bachelor’s
degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Strong knowledge of
GAAP (Generallly Accepted Accounting Principles) Solid
understanding of debits, credits and general ledger structure
Experience with month end and year end closing processes Ability to
prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet,
Cash Flow) Ability to manage multiple deadlines Strong task
prioritization and workflow management Quickbooks online experience
Clio (preferred) 3 years of accounting experience (law firm
experience strongly preferred) Proven experience with trust/IOLTA
accounting and compliance Proficiency in QuickBooks (or similar),
Excel, and legal billing software Strong understanding of financial
reporting High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to handle
