Front Desk Receptionist -Seeking a person knowledgeable in the dental field, must know dental codes. One who can verify insurance and has worked with Medicaid.A responsible person who can multitask and help treatment plan for the patient. One who doesn't stress easily. Stays calm under pressure. Spanish and English communication skills, both written and spoken have to communicate with patients.Duties include:Minimum of 1 year Dental Front Desk experience.Answer telephones and direct calls to appropriate staff.Schedule and confirm patient diagnostic appointments, surgeries, or medical consultations.Operate office equipment, such as voice mail messaging systems, and use word processing andSpreadsheet or other software applications to prepare reports, invoices, financial statements, letters, Caseihistories, or medical records.Maintain medical records, technical library, or correspondence files.Greet visitors, ascertain purpose of visit, and direct them to appropriate staff.Various Hours.iiPay is commensurate with experience.Perform other duties as assigned.Open Dental experience is preferred.iiCandidates must pass a drug screen and background check.
