They will be responsible for interacting with guests and employees by providing information, services and general administrative tasks on a professional level in a corporate environment to also include serving as the primary phone switchboard operator.Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required. An Associate's Degree or coursework completed in Business or another related field is strongly desired
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of previous office experience
  • Proven experience in customer service is required along with the ability to demonstrate excellent organizational, communication skills and attention to detail
  • Previous experience working as an administrative assistant or receptionist in a corporate environment is required
  • Detail oriented and organized as duties for this opportunity will be ever changing
  • Computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel as well as the ability to learn new applications, is required
  • Coordinate with other administrative assistants within the organization to book conference rooms for events, training, meetings, etc.
  • Assist with planning and coordination of employee engagement events
  • Candidate should be confident and resourceful and should possess excellent verbal communication skills
  • Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimum direction
