The Administrative Assistant will participate in day-to-day
administrative and operational tasks for the Home Office Sales
team. Assist with pre & post logistics for all sales, provide
travel planning and expense reporting assistance and assist with
on-boarding of new employees.

The Team / The Business
The Administrative Assistant will be a member of the Sales team and
will work closely with analysts and managers among various sectors

demeanor. The Administrative Assistant will need to juggle and
prioritize workload, be excellent at multi-tasking, be detail
orientated and organized, and respond well to urgent requests while
working in a fast-paced environment.

--- Provide administrative support to the Ratings department with
duties, including but not limited to, assisting with new hire
on-boarding, preparing reports or proposals, filing, scanning,
calendar management, expense reports, meetings and travel
--- Work with Administrative Assistants in other regional offices
on different presentations/bios/packages and special
--- Assist in the coordination of meetings, action items and other
administrative needs of the team, as required.
--- Ensure team members are prepared for all meetings and carry
forward action items.
--- File management; keep current files on site, ensure all other
files are either scanned and filed online or in offsite storage
--- Act as an ambassador, plays a key role in ensuring that Oner is
viewed as a professional, friendly, easily accessible and
approachable partner internally and externally.
--- Work cross functionally as part of a team with other members
--- College or university degree preferred.
--- 5+ years' experience in an administrative role ideally gained
from banking, professional services or other fast-paced
--- Experience managing complex global travel arrangements and
--- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Outlook, Calendar) and comfort and interest in learning new
--- Extremely motivated, eager to learn, adaptable and
--- Proven attention to accuracy and detail, highly organized with
the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
--- Exceptional (written and verbal) communication skills and
--- Ability to work in a high performing culture, under pressure
and with time-sensitive deadlines.
--- Personable, easily interacts with all types of personalities
and at all levels with a high degree of professionalism.
