The Administrative Assistant will participate in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks for the Home Office Sales team. Assist with pre & post logistics for all sales, provide travel planning and expense reporting assistance and assist with on-boarding of new employees.

The Administrative Assistant will be a member of the Sales team and will work closely with analysts and managers among various sectors and practices.

Responsibilities
--- Provide administrative support to the Ratings department with duties, including but not limited to, assisting with new hire on-boarding, preparing reports or proposals, filing, scanning, calendar management, expense reports, meetings and travel co-ordination.
--- Work with Administrative Assistants in other regional offices on different presentations/bios/packages and special assignments.
--- Assist in the coordination of meetings, action items and other administrative needs of the team, as required.
--- Ensure team members are prepared for all meetings and carry forward action items.
--- File management; keep current files on site, ensure all other files are either scanned and filed online or in offsite storage
--- Act as an ambassador, plays a key role in ensuring that Oner is viewed as a professional, friendly, easily accessible and approachable partner internally and externally.
--- Work cross functionally as part of a team with other members and departments.

Qualifications
--- College or university degree preferred.
--- 5+ years' experience in an administrative role ideally gained from banking, professional services or other fast-paced environments.
--- Experience managing complex global travel arrangements and itineraries.
--- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Calendar) and comfort and interest in learning new applications.
--- Extremely motivated, eager to learn, adaptable and professional.
--- Proven attention to accuracy and detail, highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
--- Exceptional (written and verbal) communication skills and interpersonal skills.
--- Ability to work in a high performing culture, under pressure and with time-sensitive deadlines.
--- Personable, easily interacts with all types of personalities and at all levels with a high degree of professionalism.
--- Proven ability to work independently as well as to perform effectively in a team oriented environment
