Requirements:Responsibilities: Draft correspondences and formal
contract documents-- Schedule and coordinate appointments and
events-- Manage calendars-- Greet and assist onsite guests-- Answer
inbound telephone calls-- Communicate with vendors-- Develop and
implement organized filing systems-- Perform other office tasks as
needed-- Qualifications: Previous experience in office
administration or other related fields is highly preferred Strong
attention to detail-- Strong organizational skills
