We are for a law firm searching for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities. Administrative Assistant responsibilities include making meeting arrangements and maintaining appropriate filing systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like Microsoft Office and office equipment. If you have previous experience as a receptionist/administrative assistant, we would like to meet you. A successful Admin Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.ResponsibilitiesAnswer and direct phone callsOrganize and schedule teleconference appointments thru ZoomWrite and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and formsAssist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reportsMaintain filing systemOrder office suppliesMaintain contact listsProvide general support to visitors.Work with senior management and legal assistants to handle requestsTaking Credit Card Payments on our mobile credit card systemSkillsProven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistantWorking knowledge of office equipment, like copiers and printersProficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and Zoom Teleconference SchedulingExcellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize workPay attention to detail and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to multi-taskHigh School Degree: additional qualification as an administrative assistant or entry secretary is a plus.Job Type: Full-timePay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftCOVID-19 considerations:For the protection of the workforce and those who enter the office, unvaccinated clients and visitors are required to wear a mask.
