The Post Oak Hotel at Uptown Houston is seeking an Event Sales
Administrative Assistant to join our team. We hire individuals that

What you can expect to do:
-Process incoming leads via telephone, email and web.
-Monitor and order office supplies.
-Maintain sales collateral.
-Work in tandem with Event Sales Managers to complete event
paperwork including but not limited to contracts, proposal, expense
reports, event orders and weekly reports.
-Be liaison between Events Sales Manager, Director of Events and
-Block event space in Delphi.
-Manage change log and communicate changes to operations.
-Protect privileged and confidential information through diligence
-Adapt and learn new things in a constantly changing
-Exception Phone skills.
-Exceptional Organization skills.
-Exceptional time Management skills.
-Exceptional People skills.
-Ability to Multi-task,( position reports to two managers).
-Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel and PPT).
-Proficient in Catering software, Delphi preferred.
