Title: Administrative Assistant - Procurement and Document Controls Experience: 3-5 years Role Description: The Administrative Assistant will provide assistance in the areas of Procurement, Expediting, Document Controls, and Accounts Payable. Essential Functions: Maintain client approved vendors list; ensure vendors qualification setup and maintenance, establish working relationship with vendor and supplier representatives Expedite material and equipment orders, amendments, shipping notices and documents controls Prepares RFQs/RFPs and expediting spreadsheets Build productive and mutually trusting and respectful relationships with vendors Expedite the filling of orders by suppliers to meet production. Responsible for being the liaison between logistic providers and the company Assist with invoicing Document Controls Handles special projects as assigned. Skills and Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in Procurement, Accounts Payable, Document Controls, Vendor Management, Expediting and Buying. Bachelor's Degree required Strong leadership and communication skills Extensive knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, & PowerPoint in required Company Overview: At JTAM Engineering, we primarily serve the midstream oil & gas industries.
