To achieve this mission, HPARD is seeking a Senior Data Entry Operator (Seasonal)to join its Recreation and Wellness team. The potential candidate will play a key role in the following duties:

• Act as a lead worker monitoring the input and output of various data to provide information necessary for processing administrative reports in the daily operations of the Summer Food Services Program (SFSP).
• Receive and distribute documents to the Data Entry Operator on a daily basis.
• Check data and monitor workflow.
• Research files, retrieve and file documents.
• Maintain records and prepare standard reports and payroll input.
• Operate office machines, such as a calculator, computer, and copier.
• Answer phone and respond to inquiries that relate to the Summer Food Services Program.
• Perform other duties as assigned.WORKING CONDITIONSThe position occasionally requires stooping or bending. Occasional very light lifting, such as three or four reams of papers or books (up to 20 pounds or an equivalent weight) may be required.
