Client of Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring
for: A Reservationist Position Title: Reservationist Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Pay Rate: $17.00 – $18.00 per
hour (based on experience) Job Description: Our client is currently
seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservationist to
join their team. The ideal candidate will have a concierge-level
mindset with a strong background in hospitality or customer service
. This role requires exceptional attention to detail,
professionalism, and the ability to manage flight numbers and
reservations with precision. Key Responsibilities: Handle
reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms
Maintain accurate records of bookings and client information
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless
service Provide a high level of customer service with a
hospitality-focused approach Manage flight details and updates with
a concierge-level mindset Qualifications: Previous experience in
hospitality, travel, or customer service preferred Strong attention
to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and
interpersonal abilities Ability to multitask and work in a
fast-paced environment Proficiency with reservation systems and
basic computer skills Ideal Candidate Traits: Extremely
