HOUAG - Corporate Services Manager Position Summary This role
will be located in Houston and is responsible for overseeing West
Coast office administrative operations across Los Angeles, Silicon
Valley, and Seattle, and supervising administrative team members in
LA & SV offices ensuring efficient daily operations, consistent
service standards, and effective coordination of facilities,
vendors, and office services. The position supports Mitsui
Americas’ real estate and asset portfolios, including office
leases, company houses, and memberships, while taking a lead role
in administering Ringi applications and ensuring compliance with
internal procedures. The role provides executive?level support to
regional leadership, managing routine administrative and financial
processes, and participates in coordinating corporate and CSR
events. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Oversee West Coast
office administrative operations across Los Angeles, Silicon
Valley, and Seattle, ensuring smooth daily operations, consistent
service standards, facilities coordination, vendor management, and
conference room readiness. Provide executive?level administrative
support relating to Houston & West Coast Regional Office leadership
relating to Regional Officer projects. Supports Mitsui Americas’
real estate and asset portfolios, including office leases, company
houses, and golf/social club memberships; maintain accurate records
for leases, housing arrangements, Certificates of Insurance (MUSA
only), and office/property data across all regional locations.
Takes a lead roll in managing, reviewing, and coordinating Ringi
applications (VII 3 (2) Other Company Owned and Used Assets) for
Mitsui Americas offices, ensuring procedural compliance, accuracy,
timely approvals, and coordination with Tokyo departments as
required. Active participation in regional and global projects
including: AI Workforce, Sequentra portfolio management, GA DX
Project, etc. Lead role in the annual MUSA Fixed Assets Management
procedures. May include supervision and management of
administrative staff in regional offices, as required. Manages
special projects & research tasks and services which may improve
efficiency Exercises considerable initiative, tack &
professionalism while performing job duties. Participates in other
duties as assigned by General Manager Required Knowledge, Skills,
Training and Experience Minimum five (10) years’ experience or a
combination of training and experience which indicates the ability
to do the job. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or
Accounting, or the knowledge and skills generally acquired through
accounting work in a corporate environment. Multilingual is
required. Japanese/English at a native level (reading, writing,
speaking). Excellent mathematical and analytical skills required,
as well as speed and accuracy in meeting deadlines for the
accounting closings. Requires thorough knowledge of Microsoft
Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.) Knowledge of and
experience in SAP as well as several in-house and/or professionally
produced software packages is desired. Should possess the ability
to adapt to a cross-cultural environment. This position description
