This person will be the liason between Atlas Copco Rental and Powerhouse, bringing marketing synergies to the Powerhouse company. This person is to support with increasing our online presence and generating leads via our online SEO, SEM, and marketing automation strategies. Work closely with the communications specialist to implement content provided into the various system touchpoints including: NetSuite, Pardot, ACR/Mustang websites, Google My Business, Adwords, YEXT, Social Seeder, SharePoint, Digital Sales Assistant, and Showpad. Work closely with Marketing Lead Development Specialist in order to learn how to improve marketing automation and online presence to bring in more leads (Plan, Do, Study, Act approach to all marketing activities).You will have the responsibility for developing, executing and following-up Digital Marketing plans, in strict compliance with "The way we do things" in Atlas Copco and more specifically with the Atlas Copco Brand Identity Manual.You will be responsible for the creation and designing of Commercial Communication Material, meaning sales leaflets, guides, posters, banners, roll ups and other Communication material. You will also be responsible for the creation and designing of internal magazines, newsflashes, Press releases, support to events and launches and social media content (Facebook, Twitter, Google +, LinkedIn and Youtube). This person provides content for success stories, educational blogs, videos and photos. This person is to support internal communications in the organization (Powerhouse Newsflash). This person also provides support for events including tradeshows, expos, and customer days. All brand management materials such as product guides, brochures, calendars, customer handouts, territory maps, digital sales assistant software design are created by this person.Experience requirementsSome years of relevant experience in B2B documentation, communications and project management.You have experience in MultiMedia: Photoshop, In Design, Adobe, brochure and newsletter design and knowledge of the printing processes.KnowledgeYou are a US English native speaker and have an above average writing and reading skills.Spoken and written knowledge of Spanish is a plus. You have knowledge of MS Office, Photoshop, Indesign, Internet technologies, Acrobat. You have excellent communication skills (orally and written).Educational requirementsYou have a university degree or equal by working experience in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or similar. MBA or MS in Marketing is preferred.Personality requirementsWe are looking for someone who is customer minded, positive and has a strong interest in marketing communications, new technologies and media.The right candidate is very responsible, very organized, a committed self-starter with ability to work independently, resourceful, imaginative and eager to take initiative and responsibility. She/he is also a good communicative team player, who works towards the team's mission, keeping in mind the effects of own actions on the rest of the organization.This multi-tasker will need to be creative in the search for improvement and make use of new technologies to reach the goals. This means being creative setting up and maintaining processes with different suppliers, be flexible and able to work under pressure towards different deadlines, with several people.We need a resilient and positive person capable of handling criticism, who is willing to learn and open to challenges.You have the willingness to travel from time to time (not very often). You are expected to attend meetings and conference calls as required.Additional informationYou will be located in the Atlas Copco Rental North America headquarters at La Porte, TX.Reporting to Maggie Rios, VP Marketing North America.Atlas Copco Rental is the North America part of Atlas Copco Specialty Rental Division. This division, within Atlas Copco's Power Technique business area, serves customers in the industry segments around the world with temporary air, power, nitrogen, and steam rental solutions. The specialty rental services are offered under several brands. The divisional headquarter is located in Houston, USA.
