DescriptionLGI Homes is seeking a Marketing Coordinator in The Woodlands, Texas.Founded in Texas in 2003, LGI Homes is one of the nation's fastest growing homebuilders. We are seeking marketing professionals who are self-motivated and eager to dive in to the LGI Homes system and culture.The Marketing Coordinator supports all integrated marketing plans for LGI Homes and is responsible for all marketing, messaging and branding for their respective communities. This role assists with the management of a $50 million marketing budget, including the creation and implementation of direct mail, newspaper, radio, signage, display boards and digital marketing.The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for creating marketing plans for all communities within their regions, monitoring the effectiveness of current campaigns, analyzing weekly marketing reports to analyze effectiveness and ensure data integrity, and audits.RequirementsA Bachelor's Degree and at least 1 year of marketing experience is required.
