We are looking to take our digital engagement to the next level. If you have a passion for digital marketing and are excited at the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company in a start-up type environment, this could be the opportunity for you!This position would be the sole digital marketer in our sales/marketing/customer success team. We're looking for someone with ambition who can first demonstrate success in this role, and then step into a management position and build a digital team within the CRO organization.
The ideal candidate is a well-rounded digital marketer with a hunger to learn more and take on more responsibility. You like to stay current with digital marketing best practices, continually testing and refining the processes. They're innovative and have a vast digital marketing tool box and are ready to take ownership of their own initiatives.This role works independently and in collaboration with other creative professionals (content writers) to ensure all digital content is searchable, shareable, and genuinely engaging.This is an incredible opportunity to make a meaningful impact to our company and help build a start-up to a global success.The ideal candidate should have a good academic background, ideally a bachelors in marketing and most importantly have minimum 2-5 years experience working in a similar environment.

    Your Responsibilities
    • Develop, maintain, and execute demand generation plans within our target markets fitting our ICP, including using key marketing systems to generate, distribute, and report on leads
    • Lead the collaborative effort to develop and execute on social media paid campaigns (mainly Linkedin)
    • Manage and run the portfolio of marketing programs, including: website, content marketing, paid advertising, SEO, social media, blogs, webinars, video, etc.
    • Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests
    • Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization
    • Maintain digital dashboard of several different accounts
    • Coordinate with sales team to create marketing campaigns
    • conduct keyword research and web statistics reporting
    • Monitor key online marketing metrics to track success
    • keep up to date with current digital trends
    • supports CRO in developing digital marketing strategy
    • Maintains and updated the companies marketing calendar
    • develop and integrate content marketing strategies
    • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
      Qualifications
      • 4+ Years of Experience in Digital Marketing
      • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business
      • Experience executing paid social media campaigns (on linkedin)
      • Experience in creating demand/lead-gen campaigns
      • Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time
      • Incredible attention to detail
      • Full understanding of all social media platforms
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      • Knowledge of content management systems
      • Great at managing projects - prioritizing and balancing planning and delivery to meet deadlines
      • Experience executing innovative, multi-channel demand generation programs for enterprise accounts in a B2B SaaS environment is a plus
