  Role Summary:The Marketing Associate will be part of ChaiOne's larger Growth team, reporting to the VP of Sales. In this role, the primary objective is to support the growth practice area to execute short and long term marketing plans that drive sales, traffic and Net Operating Income growth. The Marketing Associate coordinates and implements marketing communication projects and participates in creating brand awareness through advertising and special media. This role will work with subject matter experts to develop, launch, evaluate and optimize content and social marketing campaigns. The Marketing Associate will adapt well to a fast-paced, ever changing environment, and will be excited about learning new skills, digital marketing technologies and developing new marketing strategies.
  Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan marketing activities
    
  • Create content using these marketing tools, including regular marketing emails, social media posts, website content, conference materials, print collateral, and other communications as needed -
    
  • Manage all social media engagement on LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook for both business units, plus Instagram
    
  • Provide input to creative designs based on best practices and the brand book
    
  • Work with Practice Leaders to develop messaging and content that is effective across different media and personas including corporate website, blogs, white papers, case studies, PPTs, etc.
    
  • Create, develop and execute inbound marketing campaigns using compelling content
    
  • Create company swag -
    
  • Manage brand projects and assignments in a way that demonstrates an understanding of key consumer insights and an ability to activate them in relevant communications and innovation activities.
    
  • Assist in identifying optimal engagement strategy and campaign structure to reach consumers when and where they are most receptive.
    
  • Lead initiatives in the communication plan around specific touchpoints or consumer targets including agency and cross-functional team management, strategy, planning, execution and results measurement.
    
  • Organize advertising campaigns, projects and events
    
  • Schedule and attend promotional events
    
  • Monitor sales status
    
  • Research current market trends to identify new opportunities
    
  • Maintain a record of existing and potential clients
    
  • Contribute ideas to improve the brand's profitability
    
  • Write and proofread press releases
    
  • Arrange proposals and presentations using marketing resource materials such as brochures, data, slides, photographs, and reports
    
  • Prepare status reports on marketing efforts by communicating with appropriate growth team members
    
  • Monitor competitors' marketing activities
    
  • Perform analysis of market strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats
    
    Competencies
    
    • 
      
    • Bachelors in Marketing, Communication, or related field -
      
    • At least 3 years experience in digital marketing, brand management or product management, and/or communications
      
    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
      
    • Strong evidence of listening skills, professional writing style, and presentation skills
      
    • Ability to work in fast-paced environment with multiple priorities while maintaining strong focus on execution and results with little or no guidance
      
    • Must be knowledgeable of and engaged in social networks
      
    • Comfortable working with marketing automation platforms, especially HubSpot and other marketing technology tools
      
    • Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques
      
    • Solid computer skills, including MS Excel, web analytics and Google Adwords
      
    • Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
      
    • Strong time management, organization, and problem solving skills
      
    • Great attention to detail and strong organization skills are essential
      
    • Superior organization and project management skills, with the ability to keep an eye on the big picture
