  • Develop best in class social media strategies to reach and engage Chevron's online audiences
  • Oversee the development of creative content for social media
  • Support Chevron's in-house newsroom to amplify content across our channels
  • Publish content across channels
  • Conduct measurement and reporting to optimize reach and improve content
  • Oversee community management and monitoring; issues management and escalations reporting
  • Track production estimates, budgets and timelines
  • Provide consultation and guidance to SMEs and executives who engage on social mediaRequirements
    • Bachelor's degree
    • 3-5 years of direct social media job experience
    • Knowledge of channel strategy, audience attributes and expectations by channel and the value of social media channels in meeting business objectives
    • Agency management experience
