Help build different and make a difference by doing your life's best work.(sm) Bind is looking for an energetic, solutions-oriented Implementation & Tech Marketing Specialist. You are a self-starter, and on-the-go learner, with an insatiable curiosity to make processes easier and more efficient. You enjoy working across teams and find pride in ensuring the timely and effective deployment of materials across Bind's channels and audiences. With great attention-to-detail, you can juggle multiple projects and wear a variety of hats to support the B2B and B2C marketers and project managers. You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively to define and design effective processes using tools like Workfront, Workato and Marketo.
  • Drive end-to-end campaign management and implementation and delivery of assets.
  • Ability to effectively manage DAM system to scale for the future across audiences and users.
  • Enable sales by deploying marketing content and materials for use in marketing through B2B end consumer channels.
  • Proactively identify and address campaign performance issues and facilitate resolutions to problems when discovered.
  • Work to automate our process and find solutions for increased effectiveness and efficiency across Bind.
  • Assist with Resource reporting to MLT and creative to ensure utilization of resources.
  • Reporting campaign results and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaborate with analytics team and business partners to translate business goals into KPIs.
  • Manage the project workflow, providing information in the shared platforms (Workfront, JIRA, Workato, Marketo, DAM, Highspot, etc.), coordinating activities among stakeholders and tracking completion of tasks to full execution of each project. You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in MIS, communications, marketing, business administration or similar related field
    • 3+ years of experience working with MarTech platforms including Marketo, Contentful, Salesforce or similar programs and experience working with technical team members (i.e. business analysts and developers) to execute web projects
    • 3+ years of experience executing analytics projects or working in close collaboration with an analytics team
    • 3+ years of experience strategizing, building and optimizing campaigns in collaboration with the team
    • 1+ -years experience in digital marketing channels such as email marketing, social and SEM
    • 1+ -years experience in CSS, SEO principles, and user experience and web page design Preferred Qualifications:
      • Solid working knowledge of HTML, and other technical skills
      • Exceptional verbal, interpersonal and written creative skills
      • Self-starter, who can work independently and proactively to resolve issues, take ownership of tools, processes & reporting
      • Endless curiosity and quest to learn, grow, and improve

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $64,800 to $116,000. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $71,400 to $127,400.
