FLSA Status: ExemptReports to: Digital Marketing Manager Department: Marketing Position SummaryGenerates high-quality, professional content, both written and digital, that engages B2C and B2B audiences to increase lead generation and sales. Implements electronic marketing, social media, campaigns, business development, special events, and staff enrichment. Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service to all external and internal members (co-workers) at all times.Duties and Responsibilities--- Daily external and internal website maintenance working within a CMS tool in addition to making coding changes as necessary for optimization and add-on solutions and tools. Development of new site pages and sections, and updated information, regulations, and rates.--- Implement digital ads campaigns (including geo & retargeting, application ads, beacon near field technology and Ad-words) across channels including within mobile apps, home banking, and electronic wallet.--- Develop and implement email marketing campaigns. --- Maintain electronic marketing lists and mailboxes.--- Create a video, screencasts, and electronic content for web, digital marketing and social ensuring SEM and SEO practices are optimized across all campaigns and channels. --- Create high-quality, professional written and digital content for the web, intranet, blog, and social channels, optimized for SEO/SEM to drive engagement, lead generation and sales.--- Collaborate with department leaders to produce and maintain a robust content calendar that supports brand and sales initiatives.--- Create member testimonial/case study content for B2B sales.--- Maintain a publishing schedule and collaborate with our internal team and third-party contributors to create compelling content.--- Coordinate online sales and marketing events, such as webinars and Facebook Live.--- Conducts research on social listening platforms and distributes the information to assist the department and organization in understanding our members and brand equity to offer the best possible products and services.--- Measure views, shares, leads generated and conversions on content, and reports regularly. (ROI and KPIs)--- Identify and drive ways to improve production processes and quality of content assets delivered.--- Proactively validate work to ensure quality required to support the brand and maintain trust and credibility.--- Create and maintain documentation.--- Attend events to capture and/or create social media content.--- Assist in researching and implementing new technologies and technology improvements.--- Assist in coordinating special events including set up for marketing, employee, annual meeting and other member or community event. --- Comply with all advertising, ADA, BSA and regulatory requirements.--- Other duties as assigned.Knowledge--- Knowledge of social media platforms.--- Familiarity with SEO/SEM practices.--- Understanding of sales and promotion.--- Working knowledge of HTML. --- Knowledge of Ad -words (Google). Skills--- Experience developing a variety of content - written, digital, video and images in B2C and B2B space.--- Data-driven analytical skills that influence future content development decisions.--- Must have a strong sense of initiative and ability to work under pressure on multiple projects delivering excellence and meeting deadlines.--- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.--- Detail oriented - the ability to work with numbers and data.--- Excellent writing and editing skills required, including excellent copyediting and proofreading skills.--- Creativity - ability to generate new and unique ideas as solutions to issues, brainstorm, and develop non-traditional ways of doing business.Experience--- 2+ years of experience creating digital content--- Candidate must be computer literate (MS Word, Excel, some database reporting experience preferred). Bi-lingual preferred. --- Experience with content management and email programs (HubSpot preferred).--- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite including video editing programs.Education --- High school diploma. BS/BA in Marketing, Journalism, PR, or Communications preferredADA Requirements--- Perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 5 lbs. Must be capable of climbing/descending stairs in emergency situations. Must be able to operate routine office equipment including telephone, copier, facsimile, and calculator. Must be able to routinely perform work on a computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day. Must be able to work extended hours whenever required or requested by management.
