Job Description:

CenterPoint Energy is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Research & Analytics Team, located in either Houston, TX or Evansville, IN. You will have the ability to: create dynamic and personalized digital experiences for CenterPoint Energy customers that drive program, product and solutions enrollment and high customer satisfaction. This position will work closely with product managers, business stakeholders and external vendors to identify, implement, and test solutions needed to produce and measure digital testing and personalization initiatives. The successful candidate must possess proficiency in marketing automation technology, be knowledgeable in analyzing campaign results and testing recommendations. The position requires technical skills, attention to detail, problem solving skills and the ability to work independently and in teams.     • Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns
    • Experience in A/B and multi-variate testing methodologies
    • Familiarity with visualization tools
    • Analyze campaign performance and actionable recommendations
    • Conduct data analysis utilizing Oracle Insight
    • Provide stakeholders with campaign performance reports Your background includes:
      • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required.
      • Typically preferred 3 to 5 years of prior work experience however requires a minimum 1-3 years of experience with:
        • Proficiency in marketing technology
        • Proven work experience as an email marketing or marketing automation specialist
        • Use of business intelligence visualization software like Tableau, or Looker
        • Programming experience in languages including basic SQL scriptingA bonus to have:
          • Proven success in collaborative, team-oriented environment.
          • Experience with data governance.
          • Experience interacting with employees of all levels to present technical data in a non-technical manner.
          • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
          • Able to apply excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
          • Able to demonstrate is a quick learner, who can absorb new ideas swiftly and easily.
