of the SEC Reporting Analyst include, but are not limited
to:Prepare quarterly and annual SEC filings in accordance with US
GAAP, including financial statements, MD&A, footnotes and
footnote supportCompile information necessary to prepare
disclosures required for SEC reporting, including Regular SX
disclosures required for public companiesPrepare (and reference
back to external reports) SEC Reporting and US GAAP Disclosure
checklistsAssist with preparing an SEC Reporting calendar to inform
parties of necessary deadline adherence for the following
processes: financial close, Board of Director package, press
release and 10-Q/K filingsMay assist with acquisition accounting
and purchase price allocation calculationHelp prepare consolidated
financial statements and consolidated top-side journal
entriesContinually assess processes and modify them, when possible,
to reduce timing to closeMay assist with preparing technical memos
summarizing effects of accounting and reporting updates on
financial reporting and provide guidance for implementation of new
accounting proceduresSupport monthly, quarterly and annual close
activitiesSupport external and internal audit processesCoordinate
with other departments for preparation of disclosures assigned to
their areaFunction as a liaison with management, other departments
and outside auditorsPrepare monthly internal reporting
packageMaintain SOX controls as neededMay assist with preparation
of equity roll forward and supporting schedulesAnalyze intercompany
transactions and identify consolidating elimination
entriesQualifications of the SEC Financial Reporting Senior Analyst
include but are not limited to:Minimum 4-6 years of relevant
experience, including public accounting experienceSEC/financial
reporting experience required obtained through industryStrong
knowledge of US GAAP and SEC disclosure rules and regulationsStrong
knowledge of finance, accounting, and reporting
principlesDemonstrated ability to work with various levels of
professionals inside and outside organizationDemonstrate high level
of flexibility, adaptability, and multi-tasking to meet
deadlinesMust be self-motivated and work with minimal
supervisionExcellent analytical skillsProficiency working with
WorkivaProficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and
