Description: We are seeking a Maintenance Helper to support our
Maintenance Foreman in keeping equipment and facility grounds
running efficiently. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone
looking to grow in maintenance and industrial operations. Key
Responsibilities: Assist with maintenance and repair of mechanical
equipment Diagnose equipment issues and replace parts such as
bolts, valves, and fittings Maintain inventory of tools and parts
for routine maintenance Adhere to all safety policies and use
required personal protective equipment (PPE) Perform additional
plant duties as assigned by the Maintenance Foreman Qualifications
& Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist frequently
during the shift Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds Capable of
standing and walking up to 8 hours daily on concrete surfaces
Previous electrical experience is a plus, but not required Benefits
