customer-focused Telecom Service Representative. You'll enhance

results-oriented Telecom Service Representative to deliver
exceptional customer service and foster positive interactions with
Gilded Compass. As a Telecom Service Representative, you will be
crucial in building strong Frontier Communications customer
relationships and maximizing retention, upholding our commitment to
excellence. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow your

outstanding experiences to Frontier Communications customers. Key
Responsibilities of the Telecom Service Representative: Serve as
the primary point of contact for Frontier Communications customers
in Houston, providing a welcoming and professional experience.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues with empathy,
patience, and efficiency, taking ownership of resolving problems
and ensuring customer satisfaction. Assist customers with their
service needs related to direct interactions, providing accurate,
comprehensive information about Frontier Communications products,
services, and promotions. Efficiently and accurately process
customer requests and transactions, including service changes and
inquiries, adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure
timely and effective resolution. Accurately record detailed
customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM
system, maintaining data integrity and contributing to customer
needs and preferences in Houston. Following up with customers
proactively ensures their needs are met, issues are resolved, and
they are satisfied, building long-term loyalty. Work with sales and
operations to streamline customer interactions, solve complex
issues, and relay customer feedback to enhance service delivery for
the Frontier Communications campaign. Analyze customer feedback to
identify trends and contribute to process improvements for an
enhanced Frontier Communications customer experience.
