Job Description
PURPOSE AND SCOPE:The Manager, Advising Adult Education and
Literacy is responsible for developing and assists in managing all
Adult Education grant programs and literacy courses offered at
multiple sites. Manages Continuing Education Adult Basic Education,
Grant Funded GED, and ESL programs Develops processes and
procedures for operation of the program. Responsible for program
success through grant writing, program design, and development of
community based partnerships. Leads educational strategies to
improve ASE and facilitate the successful transition of adults to
post-secondary education. Responsible for compliance with state
curriculum mandates. This is a temporary, grant-funded position.
Continuation of the position from one academic year to the next is
dependent upon continued grant funding. Professional Developent for
TWC, HGAC and LSCS is required by the deadline. ESSENTIAL JOB

Salary
Hiring salary range is $63,014-$72,466Lone Star College provides a
hiring salary range for all posted full-time non-faculty positions.
Where your salary offer would fall in that range is determined by
your related experience and education. Should you receive an offer
