Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years
Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. This opportunity seeks
experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support
students within a K-12 school setting in Liberty, MO. This is a
contract position lasting through the current school year (CSY),
offering 37.5 hours of work per week with a focus on 1:1 support.
Location: Liberty, Missouri Duration: Contract through May 28th
Schedule: High School: 7:30 AM 3:00 PM Middle School: 7:00 AM 2:30
PM Position Details: Provide individualized behavioral support for
three students: two high school students and one middle school
student in 6th grade. The 6th-grade student has a seizure disorder
requiring high attentiveness, though no medical care is necessary.
Several openings available, all requiring active RBT certification.
Supervision by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will be
provided. Qualifications: Active Registered Behavior Technician
(RBT) certification is required. Prior experience working in K-12
or school-based behavior support roles preferred. Ability to
maintain attentiveness and provide calm, focused support for
students with behavioral and medical considerations. Willingness to
undergo background checks and drug screening as part of onboarding.
Ability to complete district-required fingerprinting promptly.
Interview Process: Initial 5-10 minute screening call. 15-minute
Zoom interview with the districts Special Education director.
