daycare or preschool experience to join our team as a Preschool

Center Assistant Director at The Learning Experience, You Will:
Lead by example, displaying passion for making a positive impact on
the lives of children and employees. Create an environment of
trust, rapport, and inclusivity, easily connecting with diverse
groups of people. Engage prospective families through both
in-person and virtual center tours, effectively showcasing the
benefits of our program. Engage with local Chamber of Commerce,
Identify, Organize and execute community marketing events during
weekdays and weekends to raise awareness and drive enrollment.
Ensure that the physical center environment adheres to health and
safety standard operating procedures, maintaining full compliance
with local and state licensing regulations. Working hours of 9:30am
to 6:30pm with 1 hour lunch break Build and maintain a highly
qualified staff by actively sourcing, training, coaching, and
engaging with current and prospective employees. Guide our teachers
in implementing our proprietary curriculum, leveraging your passion
for learning. Take advantage of our engaging characters to drive
the curriculum, creating a fun and enriching learning experience at
TLE. Drive consistent business results, measured through family
retention and conversion, enrollment growth, and efficient business
operations. Manage accounts receivable and payable, generate
monthly P&L reports, and oversee employee payroll. Apply Now If
You: Have two or more years of center leadership/management
experience (highly preferred) or at least one year of center
leadership/management experience (required). Marketing and Sales to
show case what TLE center is offering, engage with families to get
the enrollment on the day of the tour. Possess the state-specific
Administrative or Director credential, as well as any other
state-specific guidelines for the role. Hold a Bachelor's degree in
Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field (highly
preferred). Demonstrate strong knowledge of state licensing rules
